Gosh, isn't it amazing that we can copy and paste all this info? I still remember taking typing with Mr. Hodges and using the typing eraser! I am just so thankful we did take typing. It's a big help on the computer!!

Richert, thanks for passing my email on to Hilda. It was great hearing from you and I'm glad you got my email after Katrina. It was actually the first thing I had written on it. Difficult thing to do. I may write something again just to document everything...something I'll never forget. Even with all the tears lots of funny things happened. Hilda, I haven't seen you in many, many years. Where are you living? How many children and grandchildren. How are your brothers. If I recall you had a three and a younger sister. Is that correct. Before when I couldn't remember some ones name, especially younger class mates, I would pull out my old school year books, but they went with Katrina. Do y'all have any of the old annuals. Richert weren't you editor our senior year? If and when you all visit Kentwood, Hammond is not that far and I have a nice guest room with private bath, so please come and stay with me. Since leaving N.O. we have some friends that come stay with us once or twice a month. We also still maintain the camp and it sleeps four. So you will always have a place to stay any time you come to Louisiana. Hilda please send your news.
