I couldn't remember the details about the chariot, but I do remember Jimmy almost not making it up the hill and us wanting to get out and walk. He was determined to make it all the way though.
Bonnie, I'm still working on that. There are some I can't upload either. Did you right click on the picture and hit save as jpeg. That worked on most of mine but not others.
Do you have Photoshop Elements. You are supposed to be able to change the type of images in that program.
I'll let you know what I discover on the ones I can't change.
