It is 11:39 PM not 9:39. I've tried changing the settings but it's not working. It shows the right time until I post it.
Does anyone know how to change a regular image to a jpeg image?

I can't believe I'm worrying about the time on the computer at midnight.. My OCD must be kicking in.
