EJ, since my plans for the summer are uncertain right now I might be in Kentwood at the time of the reunion. Do you know what time it will be starting or have any other information we might need?

Bonnie, I have two nieces that work at banks in Amite. One at Peoples Bank and I forget the name of the other one. My niece just recently started working there. Hope you are surviving the ending of school, or is it out for you now? Have a niece who is a teacher at Sumner and is counting the days also. She hopes to retire in a year or so.

The reunion will be at Skinney's
and Rocky Saxon will be playing. I'll try to find out more details. I probably will go for a while...C.B isn't going. Last time I went there was too much smoking for me. I had a sinus infection and couldn't stay. Anyway, Louisiana now has a No-Smoking law. So I don't believe smoking will be a allowed.

Thanks EJ but I won't be coming to Kentwood until fall anyway. Will leave May 31 for Portland, Or after all. I was uncertain for a while if I was going to be able to make the trip because of my back but it is improving each day....as long as I don't do something dumb. Will contact you when I come over.
