I was just looking at the graduation photo again, why was Guy Smith not in the class picture?

I think Guy and his family moved to Jackson, Ms.(Can't remember just what year, then they moved back in the summer of 1962 and he ended up in Fran's class and graduated with them in 63'....I don't know if he failed when they were in Jackson or what...That is all I know.. I really do miss seeing him so much.. He was always so sweet...
I'm kind of like Bettye. I think he failed, but I'm not sure. At least I always thought that he failed. It's scary when people our age start dying. I know I'm turning into my mother when the first thing I do in the morning after coming in from walking is to get the paper and read the obits. One week nothing but women from 50-60 died. I'm so superstitious that for about a week I was afraid to read them anymore. We're all a little nuts!!! :-(
