I attended my first Grandparent's Day at Kaden's school. He is in the first grade at Oak Forest. It was a great day for all of us. Kaden is Roll's grandson and mine and
C.B.'s Godchild/grandson. Roll and C.B. did come but did not stay for the
picture taking in the afternoon.
Hope everyone is doing well and had a fun Halloween.

Thanks, Renee. We are really enjoying this time with him. Before you know it, they are out of high school and off to college. I plan to be around a long time so I can enjoy every minute and see him mature into a fine young man.
EJ, I have several nephews attending Oak Forest, one of them also in the first grade. His name is Beau Slaven and I'm sure he knows Kaden. Kaden is adorable by the way. Do you remember Jim's wife Lavern? She attended Grandparent's Day there also. Small world huh?
