I was just sitting here wondering how all of you celebrate Christmas. Would love to have you share your traditions. I think I have told you that ever since my first grandchild was born my daughter and her family have spent the night with me on Christmas Eve. We would have finger foods, play games then the children would go to bed and Santa would come. Mike would not usually spend the night so he would come back for breakfast with us, we would open presents and spend the day together. As we would be together on that special day we would reflect back on the very first Christmas when Christ was born and the gift that was given to all of us.
This year we are changing things a little. Since my daughter is now a grandmother and wants to begin her own "tradition" we are spending Christmas at her house. My grandchildren said they would agree to that IF I would come and spend the night at their mom's house on Christmas Eve so we could still all be together. Can hardly wait to get over there and see the excitement in the little ones faces.
