I finally figured out how to scan my pictures! I thought y'all might enjoy seeing what I looked like 42 years ago. There are a couple of other people you should recognize.............EJ and my brother Jimmy who was killed in 1998. We were married at the First Baptist Church. The other couple was our roommates and served as our Best Man and Maid of Honor. I think it would be fun to see everyone's wedding picture on the blog! See if you can do it! Okay, EJ, I know...........you just learned how to actually post pictures and now I want you to learn how to scan??

Bettye, the pretty girl next to EJ is my roommate who came to Kentwood with me once. She fell in love with Barrett and thought he was so cute! I remember we went to the Pines and danced and danced!
I only have one wedding picture. I will try to post it. All others (not many) were lost in Katrina. C.B. amd I got married on
August 3, 1989, a Thursday. A judge friend of ours married us in his chamber at the court house in Gretna.
We had our very good friends with us..who ended-up getting a divorce three or four years after we got married. We got married on their anniversary with the thought that we would celebrate our anniversaries together. Their break-up was a big adjustment for all of us.
