A crew from Fox News Network in Dallas flew into B.R. and came to Hammond to interview C.B. for a piece that they are doing on Bobby Jindal...if you have any interest in seeing what CB has been writing about him go to CB's website http://www.forgotston.com/ .
Actually they will be doing two stories...the other is on the aftermath of Katrina. That kind of caught me off guard, especially when they asked for and scanned the photos that I had of our house on the lake front after Katrina. They talked about the N.O. renters that are still, after 3 l/2 years, getting their rent paid for by our tax dollars. What incentive do they have to get a job, if the government is paying for their housing and food? It is just unbelievable!
This will be airing February 24th.........Mardi Gras Day. Fox News Channel is the same one that carries Bill O'Reilly.

Richert, your statement is so funny! Only you would think of that! I'm glad to know something stirred you enough to write on the blog! I hope all is well with you.
Think you might make a trip to dear old Kentwood for our "mini-reunion"? We would all love to see you. However, even if you can't come, I promise to take lots of pictures!

Too funny. I never watch Fox and neither does C.B. It was actually funny because I made a remark, in a joking way, what channel is Fox?
BTW...C.B. is not a Republican or
a Democrat. We are both registered as Independents.
C.B.'s comments about our young Republican governor are not favorable. I doubt that C.B. will be on 10 seconds even though the interview was an hour+. Jindal is giving the Republican rebuttal after Obama's address.

Hey Gang, I just finished reading some of CB's web site. Thanks for posting the link. I must say I tend to agree with CB about our Governor.
Please keep me informed of the plans for the reunion, if at all possiable I would love to get to Kentwood to see everyone.
