Amanda's daughter Janice just called to thank all of us for being there for Amanda. She said it meant so much to her mom. Janice said when she got a phone call, a visit or a card it really perked her up. Amanda took all the cards in her purse and showed them to everybody. If someone would like to send flowers from the class let me know. The funeral will be Saturday.
Has anyone heard from Hilda?

I didn't have a chance to call you today, will you be home in the morning?
Amanda's wake is tomorrow (Fri) at the Bethel Baptist Church in Kentwood from 5 pm to 9 pm. Visitation will
also be on Sat. 9 am til the funeral at 11:00 a.m.

(Baton Rouge). I would have put it on the blog, but you know, I would be trying all night.
I'll see if I can post it. Amanda's daughter, Janice Holderman, joined facebook, so if you get an invitation from her you will know who it is from.
