and I was so sad to hear about Amanda's passing. Gosh, that was quick. I had just spoken to her September 30th. She did say she wasn't able to eat anything. However, sometimes quick is a blessing. Amanda did seem ready and prepared. I'm so glad you sent all the cards, Renee, and that some of us did get a chance to speak to her. How wonderful for Sandra to go visit and pray with her. EJ, please include me in on the flowers you sent. It was so nice of you, Bettye, Sandra and Janice to go to the wake.
I plan to call Hilda tomorrow.
My trip to New England was so wonderful. I know how limited our lives here on earth can be and I am gathering all the sweet memories I can!

Thank you, Renee. It's always good to be back home after a long trip. When I tried to post the pictures above, it required me to put a check mark beside their message about agreeing to their terms. Once I did this, the upload box changed colors and allowed me to upload.
I have an HP camera and I really need a new one. I liked the Sony I had before this one the best.
I also like to enhance my pictures, crop them, remove red eye, rotate them,etc. via the computer before I actually show them to anyone. Those things really help.
Margaret, Thanks for posting the photo’s. The foliage looks wonderful. It looks like you picked a great time to go and had a wonderful time. Did you make it to Maine? Can’t wait to see more photos.
We are headed back to NH next week and will stay through Halloween.
