I guess we have all had busy summer. Happy Belated Birthday to Bettye and Ovalene. I was gone most of the month of May and came back to a wedding.
EJ, Mrs. Bell was one of my favorite teachers, too.

Our slumber party trip was lots of fun. It was extended when Marg and Charl both came back to Kentwood. We
were all busy..playing games and eating for a whole week. Margaret should have some pictures posted soon.
Where did you go?
We went to Natchitoches and stayed on the Cane River in the Cane River
Guest House. It is a beautiful area
and the guest house is very plush.
We had three bedrooms and four full baths. Down coverlets, three king size beds, couldn't ask for more.

Sounds like the Slumber Party Gang...that so much sounds like it should be a movie title...sorry, mid-stream direction change. Anyway meant to say sounds as though you girls had a good time, can't wait to see the pictures! I thik it's time we all got together again, do I hear a second??
