We were married on Aug. 3, 1989. I was a older bride at 45. Most of my family and friends didn't think I would ever do it. Actually, C.B. and I started talking about getting married that April and finally four months later we did.
We told no one except our very good friends that were celebrating their anniversary the same day. We rented a limo and went to the Gentilly Court House. Then had dinner at Commander's Palace.
C.B. and I started dating in March, l980 and it took us 9 l/2 yrs. to say I do. Although both of us felt that we could have gotten married a few months after we met.
EJ, tell us more!! BTW, you look beautiful!
