My brother Bobby died today.

I just wanted to share with you about my brother Bobby's passing. He was 15 years older than me, so for the longest time, I really didn't feel connected to him. His first child was only 5 years my junior. In the last couple of years, perhaps because we were becoming our parent's age when they died, I discovered what a really neat person he was. I would call and talk to him and before he hung up, he never forgot to say, "If you need anything, just let me know" and then "I love you". For those who have lost siblings, my heart goes out to you and to those of you who still have sisters and brothers, appreciate them each and every day.

Marg. We love you and will keep all of the family in our prayers. My mom and Bobby were very close, they were the first set of grandchildren from the McMillan clan. He will be missed by so many.

Marg, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember going to Bobby's and Melva's little store by your house for many years. Always enjoyed visiting with them. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Marg, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I too remember going to Bobby's store and to the little house behind it where Aunt Ruth lived. I know you will miss him.

Thanks, everyone! Originally, the Lane's owned the property next to our house. Billy, Bobby and Buddy.....eventually Bennie, lived there. Mr. lane and Evelyn were their parents and Mr. Lane had a welding shop there. I used to go over there barefooted and always stepped on a red hot horse shoe! I can see the blister now!
