Richert, I was invited to go to see "Fiddler on the Roof" last night by one of my friends. It was downtown in the Hobby Center and our seats were two rows from the stage. What a wonderful play! I had never seen it before. I knew the songs, but not really the story line. Topol was fantastic and I understand that, at age 73, this will be his last tour! I feel so fortunate to have seen it.

Fiddler ran for years here and for some reason it took me forever to see it. It is really a wonderful piece and years ago in a woefully miscast production, I played the Rabbi who blesses the sewing machine!
I loved that part, Richert! I bet you made a great Rabbi. I also enjoyed the parts where Topol was talking to God. He was so funny.
